Asus EEE Pad Transformer - Keyboard?
I've been looking at tablets, such as the HTC Flyer, and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, and even the iPad 2. I've seen the Asus EEE Pad transformer, and it seems to be awesome for the price.
So, since I just want an Android tablet, is it worth me getting the keyboard dock bundle? Or because I just want an Android tablet, should I just get the tablet on it's own?
If you have the money, get the dock. It will be well worth it in the end.
The dock is not simply a keyboard attachment like you have with other tablets, it is designed to work seamlessly with the Eee Pad!
There are integrated features built in to buttons to let you control volume, brightness, take screen shots, lock & unlock the tablet, and more!
It will charge your tablet when you have it docked therefore adding anywhere from 6-7 hours more usage time to your tablet. The tablet itself gets about 8-9 hours, so you are looking at 15+ hours when combined. That is hard to beat.
Also, you get another SD card slot, and 2x USB slots, mouse track pad, etc
The only down side is the keyboard can seem a little small until you get used to it. But you DO get used to it.
