Why won't my Panasonic DVD Recorder no longer accept Video tapes?
Plays videos normally. Played one last night and ejected it today. Now whenecer I insert a video it ejects is again straight away! This is the case for commercially produced and home made videos.
My machine is a Panasonic DVD Recorder, Model No DMR-EX98VEB.
Anyone any ideas??
VHS players have safety cut out systems to prevent damage to the tapes and to the mechanism inside - either a tape damaged the carriage or something inside the player broke. To prevent further damage the machine will not load.
It needs a service engineer to sort it out I'm afraid.
